Kookoo for Coconuts - Smoothie Recipe!

There are many benefits to coconuts!  Raw For Beauty recently listed the following benefits on their Facebook Page:

8. The laurie acid in coconut oil works as a natural under-arm deodorant by killing door-causing bacteria.
9. Softens skin, conditions the hair, prevents wrinkles, sags and age spots, controls dandruff.

So having read all that I decided I must have a coconut smoothie.  Here is the yummy recipe for what resulted.

1 banana
1 tangerine
2 tbs. of raw, organic, extra virgin coconut oil
1 cup of frozen mango
2 cups of freshly picked from the garden kale (or store bought will do!)

Place these all in the blender and top with almond milk.  Blend up into a yummy smoothie bliss and enjoy!
