A Country Workout...With Kids

1.   Weed the garden working as fast as possible while kids complain they are bored - works back, legs and patience - 1/2 hr

2.   Weed whack and drown out the whining kids - works the arms - 1/2 hr

3.   Play tag with the kids while picking up toys from the lawn so it can be mowed. Apparently the kids have been oh so patient and deserve this game of tag - works the back and heart and relieves guilt for not playing with the kids - 1/2 hr

4.   Sit on the ride-on lawn mower and mow the lawn with beverage of choice in hand - rest period and your reward for doing the first 1 1/2 workou

Result - a sore back and arms and a beautifully manicured yard!
